Job Description

Manage, monitor and solve overall daily site construction works, lead and delegate work division to site supervisors, engineers, safety supervisors, operators and site workers.

Manage and allocate manpower, site work program, site resources and costing covering operators, skilled workers, suppliers, sub-contractors, materials, welface, etc. to ensure construction delivered within stipulated time and budget.

Report and close liase with project directors and top management, effective communication and manage close relationship with clients, main contractors, consultants, safety and sub-contractors.

Provide technical engineering feedback and troubleshoot onsite technical issues, verify issued construction drawings, project costing and QAQC checking on construction works.

Verify and render important decision on method statements, engineering drawings, pile testings, quantity takeoff, project costing during project tender and procurement.

Develop comprehensive project plans and ideas, meeting with clients to obtain detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements tailored to each project.

Meet company budgetary objectives and make adjustment to project constraints based on financial analysis.

Provide project progress, method of working sequences, work programme and progress report related to project site.

Prepare official written letters and corresponding emails to client pertaining to site progress, obstruction of works, handling over of works, idling of works and site related claims.

Preview projects and site visit project sites before work begins to determine pre-planning work sequences and safety related risks.

Work with safety management teams and field workers to develop SOP, implement and execute solutions to safety related issues on project sites.

Training and disciplining site staffs and subcontractors who fail to comply with project safety standards.
