Job Description

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

s: * Project Management: Overseeing and managing multiple interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction.

• Site Supervision: Managing the construction phase of interior design projects, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the design plans.
• Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of materials and workmanship during the construction phase, conducting regular inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Developing and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and seeking cost-effective solutions to maximize profitability.
• Team Management: Leading and coordinating a team of designers, contractors, and subcontractors, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Client Relations: Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites, identifying and mitigating potential risks to protect the well-being of workers and visitors.
• Documentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records of project progress, maintaining documentation of design plans, contracts, change orders, and preparing regular reports for management.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that arise during the construction phase, making decisions and implementing appropriate solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Decision-making ability
