Key Responsibilities:Consumer Deposits - Mass Affluent & Joy@Work Solutions
Design, develop APIs/digital engagement platforms to drive customers to become RHB\xe2\x80\x99s transactors by performing transactions with RHB and payroll customer by using RHB as their payroll Bank
Improve & develop segment, deposit and Joy@Work propositions to address customers\' banking & lifestyle needs
Innovate and develop new deposits products & customer journey to grow business and implement it across digital & non digital platforms.
Generate new ideas with latest market analysis and customer needs thorough collaboration with partners with an enhanced customer journey to sustain business growth and maintain competitiveness in the market.
Provides frequent update/communication to management on the progress of initiatives and projects.
Ensure projects & initiatives meet business, schedule and budget objectives.
Consumer Deposits \xe2\x80\x93 Mass Affluent & Joy@Work Acquisition
Actively drive acquisition for deposits, payroll, identify business opportunities and ensure targets allocated are met.
Drive deposit acquisition and cross selling strategies through internal and external partnerships and loyalty programs
Develop seamless product onboarding journey and explore new acquisition channels
Supports a wide variety of initiatives across RHB Group in support of the deposit products.
Coordinate sales channels and supporting units to grow deposit including CASA, Joy@Work and segment accounts.
Design, plan and implement end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns to acquire customers, increase balances and cross selling to strengthen customers banking and transacting capabilities.
People Management
Lead and develop a team by enhancing performance by setting clear BSCs and measuring against these on a regular basis includes team structure, tasks, performance management, team building, succession planning, mentoring, training and performance reviews.
Identifying and providing feedback through one to one session, effective use of personal development plans, provision of coaching & development opportunities.
RequirementsRequirements: Bachelor Degree - .Minimum 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Banking with exposures in product development or marketing and experience writing detailed business cases and product rollout plans
Solid business acumen and strategic thinking & insight
Innovative, creative thinking, good analytical and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with internal & external partners across different platforms
Ability to lead projects across multiple work groups
Ability to understand business objectives and align it with customer experience
