Description Primary Objective: Develop and enhance product proposition to attract new and retain existing customer base Develop and enhance customer journey for deposit products to ensure seamless onboarding, engagement and drive transactional behaviors Identify and expand acquisition channels for deposit products Develop Key acquisition strategies through partnerships, collaborations and campaigns Partner and work closely with respective internal & external stakeholders to implement new products/customer journeys to meet Bank objectives, support strategic direction and create new ideas & solutions. Evaluating business processes & requirements, uncovering areas or improvement by developing and implementing solutions Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Key Responsibilities: Consumer Deposits Solutions Improve & develop Consumer Deposit propositions to address customer\'s needs surrounding MCA, FX Remittance, CASA & FD Review & enhance customer journey to drive business objectives. Implementing initiatives across digital & non-digital platforms to drive customer stickiness and greater customer experience Manage and monitor project implementations to ensure quality is delivered and ensuring business objectives are realized with approved project scope, timeline and budget Identify, acquire, build and maintain relationship with key partners to achieve win-win collaborations (via internal & external stakeholders) Ensure projects & initiatives meet business objectives and conforms with regulatory requirement & guidelines Consumer Deposits Acquisition Develop acquisition strategies for Consumer Deposits and identify business opportunities to ensure business objectives are met Design, plan and implement end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition Coordinate sales channels and supporting units to grow deposit including MCA, CASA, Joy@Work and segment accounts. Identify & develop new acquisition channels to ensure simple and seamless onboarding by customers Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive new channels of acquisition Collaborate with Group Marketing to develop marketing strategies and plan to drive acquisition of key deposit products Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - . Minimum 3-5 years\' experience in Banking and Project Management with exposures in product development, marketing and experience writing detailed business cases and product rollout plans.
