Strengthen bench-strength for self-reliance IPA COE and IPA developers for in-house development.
Institutionalise IPA knowledge in RHB.
Maintain overall IPA governance & framework, including control & change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify IPA opportunity within RHB Group and assess suitability for IPA
Engage stakeholder to create awareness on IPA and identify opportunities
Perform preliminary assessment to identify suitability
Provide recommendation
Conduct feasibility studies on potential IPA initiatives and identify business benefits / customer (external and internal) benefits from IPA implementation
Identify benefits with agreement from Process Owners
Analyse other systems/environment dependency and perform impact analysis
Employ an improvement mindset to identify and define problems that are less obvious,
Challenge poor requirement and existing process design and recommend re-engineering of processes before IPA implementation
Anticipate, identify potential risks to the process and propose effective mitigation plan to potential issues
Evaluate costs, benefits and obstacles of potential solutions before implementation
Prioritise initiative and recommend for implementation strategy and timeline
Collaborate with Business / Process Owner to prioritise implementation
Propose and devise plan with project timeline
Engage with Process Owner to gather and document comprehensive business requirements and co-develop solutions
Analyse current process, translates complex information in clear and structured way into Process Design Document with user endorsement
Use systemic thinking and creativity in devising solution options and document in Solution Design Documentation with user endorsement
Perform Project Management for the full IPA project / IPA Change Request cycle - from assessment

Manage and monitor end-to-end IPA process delivery
Ensure relevant documentations are in order and signed-off where required
Provide support to prepare environment, data and required access for development, SIT, UAT, implementation, Control Run and Production Run
Discover and manage opportunities to improve / enhance existing process
Support ad-hoc change requests due to underlying system change or design change and provide man-day estimates for handling new requirements
Assign available staff to projects based on their skills and experience.
Anticipate issues & risks and provide solution to mitigate the issues quickly to respect project timeline
Address challenges & obstacles and drive closure of the obstacles between developers and Process Owner
Provide training and coordinate hand-over take-over (HOTO) process to Process Owner to ensure seamless transition for change
Drive Change Management
Lead and coach Solution Specialists.
Provide solution design support to Operations Specialist to optimize Bot productivity.
IPA solution customization includes analysis of customization requests and writing of amendment / programme specifications, designing, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor Degree - in line of IT, RPA, Programming, Project Management.

Minimum 10 years working experience with more than 5 years in managerial role.
More than 8 years' experience in process analysis, or IT support function.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good stakeholder management
Strong documentation skills with eyes for details and structured process thinking
Strong analytical and solution design
Strong knowledge in IPA
Strong technical skill in problem solving, testing and support
