Seeking contingent workers for immediate hiring! 6-months contract (renew every 6 months) JOB PURPOSE The Soft Services Coordinator shall be responsible for planning, maintaining and monitoring all site soft services and workplace services in Analog Devices Sdn Bhd premises JOB DESCRIPTION Workplace services shall cover the facilities as listed below:

  • Cafeteria Management (inclusive food, drinks, kitchen, dining, grease trap, halal certification, utensils, garbage disposal, etc)
  • Janitorial
  • Landscaping
  • Pest Control
  • Hygiene Control
\xc2\xb7 Vast experience managing cafeteria and kitchen including to ensure compliance to all environment, safety and health requirements. \xc2\xb7 Experienced in halal food management, daily food selections, suppliers validation, government audits, permits and licensing, etc \xc2\xb7 Managing third party vendors for cafeteria, grease trap, janitorial, landscaping, pest control and hygiene maintenance. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all facilities and equipment are in good working condition at all times by regularly performing inspection and servicing. \xc2\xb7 Regularly check all workplace areas to identify issues and to provide continuous improvement plans for the client. \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper 5S housekeeping and cleanliness of the workplace facilities. \xc2\xb7 Respond to clients\xe2\x80\x99 requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner. \xc2\xb7 Provide clients\xe2\x80\x99 with support and guidance on maintaining the soft services system. \xc2\xb7 Regularly maintain and check inventories and to trigger facilities team to replenish accordingly. JOB REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xb7 Preferably with at least 2-5 years work experience exposure in soft services and work place services \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently, honest and strong problem solving skill \xc2\xb7 Possess \xe2\x80\x9cDo It Right the First Time\xe2\x80\x9d work attitude \xc2\xb7 Ensure high quality workmanship \xc2\xb7 Possess own transport \xc2\xb7 Good communication & presentation skills \xc2\xb7 Good report writing skills \xc2\xb7 Experienced with Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint software \xc2\xb7 Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia and English \xc2\xb7 Work days : Monday\xe2\x80\x93Saturday (including public holidays) \xc2\xb7 Off day : Sunday \xc2\xb7 Working Hours : 8am-5pm Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months Salary: Up to RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
