Soft Services Coordinator

Job Description


Position Goals:

Working closely with our vendor partners, the Soft Services Coordinator will ensure effective and operations whilst maintaining excellent client relationship management. Preferably with prior experience managing cleaning and gardening services, this position will nurture a culture of continuous improvement and work collaboratively with a number of stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive suite of soft services in a commercial building and exclusive residence in central Kuala Lumpur.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Integrate into an existing high-performing facilities management team, to assist in delivering a full suite of property management functions.
  • Provide superior customer service to meet on-site clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations.
  • Manages timely completion of the scheduled works, while identifying and executing areas of improvement.
  • Assist to manage our maintenance management system (MMS) to ensure timely completion of client work requests.
  • Assist in supervising works, particularly major works, to ensure the workmanship is of high quality.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to ensure performance measures are always maintained.
  • Develop, apply, and enforce JLL HSSE requirements to ensure a safe working environment for all.
  • Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Client sites are in central Kuala Lumpur, the applicant should be able to comfortably travel to this location daily.
  • Fluent (written and spoken) in English and Malay.
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented \xe2\x80\x93 able to focus on meeting all performance targets.
  • Problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\x93 capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.
  • Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision.
  • Strong information technology skills, particularly MS Office.
  • Able to quickly learn how to use JLL software.
  • Experience in working with high-end properties is a plus.
  • Experience in a similar coordination role is a plus.
  • Basic business finance knowledge preferred
