SPM/ Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in any Accounting / Business / Computer Science/ Information Technology related discipline.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English & Mandarin, both verbal and written, as well as good listening skills. Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse client groups.
Have good presentation skills and strong social skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Proven experience in software support, training, or consultancy roles, preferably in a customer-facing capacity.
A self-starter mentality with a collaborative, team-player work ethic and eager to learn.
Good analytical skills, ability to absorb new technologies and think outside of the box.
Flexibility to travel for onsite client engagements and training sessions. Therefore, must possess a driving license and own transportation.
Must be willing to work in PJ area, Kota Damansara.

Tanggungjawab
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions (both on-site and online) to clients, ensuring they fully understand the functionality and benefits of our software products, including, but not limited to, SQL Accounting and SQL Payroll.
Serve as a trusted expert to our clients, providing expert guidance on software deployment, software support, and implement strategies.
Work closely with customers to identify their training needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
Ensure successful implementation of software solutions by providing technical support and troubleshooting during the deployment phase.
Control of the training successes and learning progress of the participants through continuous feedback.
Stay up to date with the latest features and enhancements of our software products and incorporate them into training materials.
Collaborate with internal support teams to develop training materials, including user manuals, presentations, and online resources.
Provide technical assistance/support and solutions for incoming inquiries via chat, phone, and email in a professional, timely and accurate manner as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Install, configure, migrate, or upgrade the SQL software systems as and when required.
Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their software-related queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to identify upselling opportunities and contribute to the growth of the business.
Contributing to and executing continuous improvement initiatives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
