Job Description


This role involves partnering Business Leaders and stakeholders to achieve the business commercial goals through the development and implementation of people strategies and programmes that are aligned to business strategy and needs.

  • Work with Business Leaders, HRD and local, Regional and Global offices as required to attract, develop, retain and manage talent through various HR programmes and initiatives leveraging strong use of data.
  • HR strategy - Support development and delivery of global, regional and market HR strategy and leads the communication, implementation and measurement of people initiatives, and customises programmes within own business area as needed
  • Senior business relationships - able to build strong partnerships, influence, persuade and act as confidante, trusted advisor and challenger to stakeholders
  • Change Management - Partner and support leaders/HRD in change management initiatives. Support HR Director in change of Organisation Design and resource management as needed
  • Performance management - implement and continuously review the performance management process ensuring ongoing, continuous discussions throughout the year. Support leaders in holding feedback discussions, identifying and addressing under-performers. Hold consistency/calibration discussions with Managers at year-end reviews.
  • Learning & Development - identify and develop programmes in line with employee development and business needs
  • Retention and Succession planning - work with Business Leaders to identify high potential talent, development opportunities to groom and retain pool for career progression and succession planning
  • Rewards/Compensation & Benefits - leverage talent data, ground insights and business needs, work with business leaders and HRD to provide feedback for improvement, plan and ensure effective utilisation for annual salary review cycle
  • Employee engagement - have a pulse on the people, analyse engagement survey feedback, conduct focus groups, develop action plans to address issues/for improvement and follow-through with implementation and regular follow-up and monitoring
  • Employee attraction/acquisition - support business as required
  • Employee relations - manage/address/resolve employee queries, issues as needed
  • Vision and Values - embed and reinforce amongst Leaders and stakeholders to drive behaviour and culture
