Job Description
- Responsible for all MALE youths\' discipline, daily programme and well-being.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to be carried out for the home.
- Develops, adopts, enforces, oversees, and/or implements policies and procedures on a range of student affairs issues.
- Able to do minor maintenance works and prepare for Mass.
- Any ad-hoc duties or functions assigned from time to time by Director and the coordinator with the sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Minimum SPM, training will be provided.
- Able to work in rotational shift (Morning & Evening), weekends and Public Holidays.
- Hardworking, honest and highly responsible besides being able to work independently.
- Must be able to participate in all events and functions organized by the employer including religious activities.
