Performing any combination of following duties to assist daily operations of restaurant.
To be fully conversant with monthly/daily sales performance and assist the staff to ensure maximum results for the business is achieved.
To ensure all stock & cash/credit card handling procedures are adhered to at all times and any discrepancies identified are fully investigated with appropriate action taken.
Ensure team members follow company's SOPs & compliance.
Assist in marketing and promotion activities.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Upsell and recommend menu items to customer
Maintain stock level of all products
Leading crew members
Report directly to the Operation Manager and Directors
Handling and managing the team, recruiting the right people, managing roasters and staff costs
Requirements :
-Min 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.-Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.-Good communication skill-Own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
