This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles, across all levels and functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Greater China market, a proven track record of success in recruiting, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process efficiently, including: organizing and leading hiring partnership meeting with hiring managers, creating sourcing strategy for each position, screening applications, interview scheduling, interviewing and evaluating candidates, offer facilitation and closing.
• Serving as a business partner in the area of talent acquisition to all assigned business lines and/or locations, being the first POC (point of contact) for any recruitment related advisory, queries, troubleshooting, and advisory.
• Lead salary negotiations, partnering with hiring manager candidate, HR, and regional compensation, ensuring offers are made in alignment with company policies and pay guidelines.
• Manage closing process to ensure a successful outcome, acting as liaison with internal business partners including but not limited to HRBP, compensation and compliance
• Act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) with recruiting vendors, employment agencies and pre-employment/assessment providers within the assigned geographical and/or business scope.
• Helping more junior team members grow by sharing best practices and demonstrating Elanco values and behaviors as well as relevant Recruitment related knowledge and experience.
• Maintain relevant information within Elancos ATS - Workday, managing process flows & trouble shooting issues as they arise.
• Helping Elanco maintain a positive reputation as an employer in digital portals and channels.
• Comply with all company local and global policies including legal & privacy frameworks, Code of Conduct, anti-discrimination, harassment, and health, safety and environment (HSE) policies.
• Perform any other duties or serve in such other capacity related to the job as may be determined by Company management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on the Greater China market
• Strong understanding of the Greater China market and the key industries within it.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
