We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role involves working closely with our portfolio companies to grow their talent across various junior to mid-level roles across the region. The positions range from R&D, business development, operations, corporate roles, engineering roles, and investment roles. What you will be doing Specific duties include but are not limited to: Talent Strategy Development: Collaborate with portfolio companies to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Sourcing and Recruitment: Identify and attract top talent for a range of roles within the tech startup ecosystem, using both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques. Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to ensure candidates align with both the role requirements and the company culture. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand their strategic goals and talent needs. Market Insight: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the talent market in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Employer Branding: Promote our portfolio companies as employers of choice in the startup community. Process Improvement: Continuously optimize the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. What you need to be successful Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a startup or tech environment. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong network within Southeast Asian talent market. Adept in using Linkedin recruiter license and other channesl for sourcing of candidates Savviness in identifying and implementing technologies to improve the recruiting effectiveness Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to Southeast Asia are a plus What you can look forward to Opportunity to work in a diverse, dynamic investment environment.
