Job Description


Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for designing and ensuring the formulation of talent strategy aligned to the business and overall HR strategy. Define, manage, and deliver talent programs/projects, and create initiatives and plans to deploy Human Capital Strategy. Support and provide development and application of guidelines, frameworks, toolkits, and methodologies. Possess strong knowledge of market trends, best practices, legal developments, and technology.

HR Strategy

  • Provide the HR leadership team with knowledge and expertise to facilitate the creation of a business-aligned talent strategy.
  • Consult with HR functions to develop the overall Talent Strategy and Framework.
  • Provide inputs for the best ways to measure the effectiveness of talent strategic planning and implementation processes.
  • Ensure, through deep data analysis and research, that talent strategy is coherent and aligned with business needs.
  • Define, plan, and implement integrated regional and global HR Change Journey, Talent, and Communication approaches.
  • Define and develop HR scorecards ensuring the HR strategy is embedded with business and human capital strategy.
Talent Management Strategy
  • Shape talent investments and talent programs to address the diverse needs of our business and people
  • Workforce transformation journey management (behavioral mindset and talent rotation)
  • Repurpose and refocus talent to support strategic business imperatives
  • Focus on performance culture and employee experience to become an employer of choice.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of HR talent programs through key metrics to identify and analyze people-related issues, root causes, and possible levers for solutions.
  • Maintain expert knowledge by researching best practices, evaluating emerging trends, and being appraised of technological advancements.
  • Design and deliver compelling employee value proposition initiatives while supporting and enhancing employer branding.
  • Develop communication strategies around engagement programs and initiatives to help nurture employees\' talents, well-being, and overall satisfaction.
  • Support formulation of the recognition programs and strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall HR strategy.
  • Design local solutions to achieve inclusion and diversity priorities, including sensitization, communications, and events while distilling Accenture\xe2\x80\x99s core values and culture.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years of Human Resources functional experience in a similar global organization.
  • Significant HR experience and/or Talent & Organization(T&O) Consulting/Strategy experience with exposure to Talent Strategy Development.
