Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold tea-based beverages -- including milk tea, fruit tea, specialty blends, and seasonal drinks -- following established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure consistent beverage presentation, taste, and customization based on customer preferences.
Maintain excellent hygiene by regularly cleaning and sanitizing the tea station, utensils, equipment, and customer seating areas.
Assist in managing inventory by monitoring ingredient levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Provide warm, friendly, and attentive customer service, greeting guests professionally and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Share product knowledge confidently by explaining menu items, offering recommendations, and assisting customers with choices.
Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system.
Uphold high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive store environment.
Support team members and cooperate in completing daily operational tasks as assigned.
Tearista - Requirements
Fully vaccinated with a minimum of two (2) doses.
Minimum Secondary School / SPM qualification in any field.
Able to communicate effectively in both English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
Willing to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced beverage environment.
Preferably owns transportation for convenience.
No prior tearista or barista experience required -- full training will be provided.
