Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the relevant technologies and systems used in the fuel retail software industry.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Experience in leading product deployment activities, ensuring successful installations, and configuring software solutions for clients.
Ability to collaborate with clients to gather deployment requirements and tailor configurations to meet specific needs.
Proficiency in troubleshooting deployment issues and providing solutions with minimal downtime.
Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules for product systems.
Experience in performing routine system checks, updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities
Manage product deployment activities, ensuring successful installations and configurations for clients.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules for product systems.

Identify and address potential issues proactively to prevent downtime or disruptions.
Serve as a technical expert, assisting Tier 1 and Tier 2 support personnel in resolving complex technical issues and challenges.
Prepare related document, process and procedure that is required to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment within the section/department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, to diagnose and address advanced technical problems.
Maintain a deep understanding of product functionality, configurations, and best practices.
Act as a technical point of contact for clients, offering guidance and expertise.
Provide technical training and support to clients that include internal teams and vendors.
Ensure clients have a clear understanding of product features and technical aspects.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including deployment guides, troubleshooting manuals, and best practices.
Share technical knowledge and expertise with the Technical Operation Team and other relevant teams.
To perform any other task as assigned by the Technical Operation Lead.
