Job Description

- Manage product deployment activities, ensuring successful installations and configurations for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to gather deployment requirements and tailor configurations to meet specific needs.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide solutions, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules for product systems.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Identify and address potential issues proactively to prevent downtime or disruptions.
- Serve as a technical expert, assisting Tier 1 and Tier 2 support personnel in resolving complex technical issues and challenges.
- Prepare related document, process and procedure that is required to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment within the section /department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, to diagnose and address advanced technical problems.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product functionality, configurations, and best practices.
- Act as a technical point of contact for clients, offering guidance and expertise.
- Provide technical training and support to clients that include internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure clients have a clear understanding of product features and technical aspects.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including deployment guides, troubleshooting manuals, and best practices.
- Share technical knowledge and expertise with the Technical Operation Team and other relevant teams.
- To perform any other task as assigned by the Technical Operation Lead.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
