Job Description

  • Must be able to work in shift - Morning, Afternoon & Midnight shift (9 hours)
Responsibilities
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow call center "scripts" when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information. research every issue and providing solutions.
  • Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets.
