Multiple positions CUSTOMER SERVICE & TELEMARKETINGLocation: Damansara PJWorking hours: 10am - 7pmRequirements: SPMCan start immediatelyGood communication skill & written in both Bahasa Malaysia & EnglishWorking experience is not necessary as training will be providedProficient in the use of computersPleasant personality and able to handle stressJob responsible :Attend to customer's inquiriesTo make call to our client customers to either promote / offer loans / provide solutionTo ensure that the information provided to customers are accurate and is compliance to the quality assurance requirementsTo key-in relevant information of the customers and their agreements products/offers into the system accuratelyTo fulfill the daily, week and monthly KPIsTo attend inbound callJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduateSalary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthBenefits:
