Multiple positions CUSTOMER SERVICE & TELEMARKETING Location: Damansara PJ Working hours: 10am \xe2\x80\x93 7pm Requirements: SPM Can start immediately Good communication skill & written in both Bahasa Malaysia & English Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided Proficient in the use of computers Pleasant personality and able to handle stress Job responsible : Attend to customer\'s inquiries To make call to our client customers to either promote / offer loans / provide solution To ensure that the information provided to customers are accurate and is compliance to the quality assurance requirements To key-in relevant information of the customers and their agreements products/offers into the system accurately To fulfill the daily, week and monthly KPIs To attend inbound call Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
