Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Coordinator between Landlord and Tenant for fit-out drawings, ensuring timely submission and adherence to completion dates. \xc2\xb7 Assist Tenancy Design and Fit-Out Manager with site measurements, site visit, pre-opening inspections. \xc2\xb7 Ensure hoarding setup aligns with the fit-out project timeline and the graphics match the submitted design. \xc2\xb7 Facilitate meetings with tenants, designers, and contractors to ensure progress aligns with the planned schedule. \xc2\xb7 Attend to tenant\xe2\x80\x99s feedback, problem and request, initiate solution and escalate issues to the relevant department. \xc2\xb7 Administer and ensure tenant\xe2\x80\x99s adherence to rules and regulations outlined in the Tenants Handbook and Tenancy Agreement. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture/ M&E, or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Experienced as project coordinator / M&E / draughtsperson in construction \xc2\xb7 Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop \xc2\xb7 Experience in fit-out operation or similar capacity in shopping mall will be an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills \xc2\xb7 Result oriented, mature aggressive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
