Primary Objective:

Provide guidance to and oversee assigned dealer team to assist in the full spectrum of Retail Securities activities for marketing, dealing & executing local & foreign trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market, deal and execute for retail, corporate, foreign inter-broker traders to acquire new business opportunities e.g. SMF, ESOS, New IPOs and etc.
• Manage client\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio by providing market updates and maintaining good relationship with existing and potential clients
• Promote and cross sell the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s WM products.
• Participate in all marketing and promotional activities conducted at Branch to ensure smooth execution of the event.
• Overseeing the team member\xe2\x80\x99s productivity at the branch.
• Conducting meeting with team members to address day to day futures trading and business related issues.
• Providing training and coaching to team members to perform proper \xe2\x80\x9cCareful Direction\xe2\x80\x9d order
• Maintain and review clients\xe2\x80\x99 credit limit and ensure the limit is given based on collateral and financial standing and track record of client (new and existing) to minimize contra losses and improve risk management within the team.
• Carry out all duties in compliance with the rules and regulations as set out by Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia and any other governing bodies relevant to the stockbroking industry.

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - A degree or professional qualification from an institution recognized by the government of Malaysia..

- Holder of CMSRL license.

Minimum 3 years experience in securities industry.

• Sound knowledge of the securities industry.
• Candidates with a wide network of established business contacts will have an added advantage.
