Build good rapport with Treasury clients
To assist dealers, provide support to internal & external clients in Treasury related matters
Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal policies & guidelines
To support dealers to achieve overall team revenue targets
Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Planning
To provide support in execution of overall marketing strategies to achieve Team\xe2\x80\x99s revenue target as given by Institutional Head.
To help the team prepare the various reports and presentation decks.
Sales
To support in identifying solutions to generate the revenue target.
To provide all the necessary support to the team and Institutional Head to maximize the sales revenue of the team.
To maintain highest standard of customer service level is maintained at all times to achieve good rating on Customer Satisfaction Index measured yearly.
Group synergy
To provide support/contribute in the overall Group Treasury & Global Markets initiatives to help achieve the overall Group Treasury & Global Markets revenue target.
To go on joint marketing with Relationship Managers/Corporate Banking /Business Banking/Retail Banking & other Departments to sell/promote Treasury products and solutions as necessary in support of the team.
ComplianceTo ensure Treasury Sales adhere to the code of conduct and applicable regulations as well as internal policy & guidelines.RequirementsRequirements: Bachelor Degree - .- \xe2\x80\xa2 Persatuan Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia (PPKM) (requirement to acquire PPKM license within the role)\xe2\x80\xa2 SC Mod 6/7 (if applicable)\xe2\x80\xa2 CFA/Chartered Banker (value add)
Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in finance/ banking at established financial institution/s or equivalent
Good understanding of general banking field. An added advantage with understanding in Treasury products and knowledgeable on various hedging tools and yield enhancement products
Understand the Group\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives, and the role of Institutional Sales in supporting business goals
Strong analytical and relationship building skills
