REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in training, administration, coordination, or related roles.
Possess a valid Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g. Canva); video/content skills are an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate and manage training sessions, workshops, and consultation programs.
2. Handle participant registration, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
3. Support trainers by arranging logistics, equipment, and training resources.
4. Act as liaison with clients, internal teams, and relevant external agencies.
5. Prepare training materials/modules, reports, proposals, and presentations.
6. Design visual content such as slides, brochures, posters, and marketing materials.
7. Support business development activities, including promotions and lead generation.
