This role involves collaborating with the Talent and Capability team to identify training needs, designing and delivering training programs across various platforms, and evaluating their effectiveness to ensure alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with the Talent and Capability team to identify training needs and gaps, aligning solutions with organisational objectives.
• Design and implement training programs across various platforms, including MS Office Suite, Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, and Dojo Learning.
• Establish and curate an extensive resource library, encompassing training guides and online materials.
• Conduct training sessions for employees and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation.
• Manage training requirements for international locations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Assist in translating training materials when necessary.
• Develop and deliver training programs in line with the organisation\'s goals.
• Create training solutions and modules to support the Talent and Capability team.
• Deliver training sessions and provide continuous support to reinforce learning concepts.

Impactful Role in Driving Organisational Success|Global Exposure and Diverse Interactions

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated 5 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Thorough understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Preferred background in training delivery, including conducting face-to-face classroom sessions and enhancing existing training methods
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other training development tools
• Ability to leverage graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Design) and basic video editing expertise to enhance training materials
• Competent in both independent work and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Highly desirable fluency in a second language, with Mandarin as the primary preference and Japanese, German, or French as secondary preferences
