- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks to meet timeline.
- Proactive, detail oriented and able to work in a fast pace working environment.

- Proficient in MS Excel.
- 1-2 years working experiences.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Verification of transportation vendors\' invoices, transactions and supporting documents for payment processing.
- Liaise with transportation vendors and relevant inter-department personnel to carry out reconciliation of the transactions.
- Handle and resolve queries from vendors pertaining to invoices, disputes, and payments.
- Ensure deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to the relevant SOP.
- Achieve KPI targets associated with the verification and processing of the invoices.
