Job Description


  • Familiar with the local internet and entertainment industry market, understanding social, live broadcasting and other pan-entertainment products is preferred
  • Engaged in sales career is preferred
  • Strong business ability, strong sense of goal and self-motivated is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Contact users through WhatsAPP and other means to add the contact information of lost users of the platform
  • Establish contact with users and maintain engagement through continuous interaction, including but not limited to voice communication, daily chat, game interaction etc., to enhance users\' activity and loyalty.
  • Responsible for the daily maintenance and tracking of users, guiding users to be active and consume on the platform, and collecting and feeding back the needs of users
  • Efficiently implement service policies and processes for users based on work requirements.
