Job Description

Conduct daily monitoring of both inbound and return shipments. Carry out inspections and diagnostics on returned goods, checking for any damage or missing items. Manage the put away and relocation of goods based on their status, ensuring proper storage. Pick and pack orders, conducting quality assurance checks on the processed orders. Dispatch orders to courier or logistics companies for delivery. Execute all transactions within warehouse management systems. Ensure warehouse cleanliness is maintained. Perform inventory controls, stock counting, and location checks within the warehouse. Fulfill all duties associated with warehouse operations, including transactions in warehouse management systems. Operate in a safe manner, adhering to health, safety, and environmental requirements to safeguard personal safety and that of others. Requirements A diploma and a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in the repair of smart devices. Experienced in using inventory and logistics software programs. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, displaying independence, customer focus, results orientation, and discipline. Adaptable and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to take on challenges, multitask, plan effectively, and meet deadlines. Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Malay. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills, with a focus on achieving results. Able to adhere to operational procedures and formulate strategic plans to ensure compliance with warehouse standards.
