Job Responsibility: 1. Managing Warehouse Operations: You will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing raw materials, components, and finished products. 2. Inventory Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and ordering new supplies as needed. 3. Equipment and Facility Management: You will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse equipment is maintained and working properly, and that the facility is clean, organized, and safe. 4. Staff Management: You will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising warehouse staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and performing their duties effectively. 5. Safety and Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse operations are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations, and that all employees are following proper safety procedures. 6. Quality Control: You will be responsible for ensuring that all products leaving the warehouse meet the company\'s quality standards, and that any defective products are identified and handled appropriately. 7. Cost Control: You will be responsible for managing the warehouse budget, minimizing costs, and identifying areas where savings can be made. 8. Reporting: You will be responsible for preparing reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, productivity, and efficiency. Requirement: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in any related field or related working experience. 2. Experience in large manufacturing plant (at least 400 headcount and above) 3. Over 3 years of experience in store/warehouse handling, storage and space utilization. 4. Proficient in handling all matters related to Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) 5.
