Company Background: Bar and Restaurant Location: Penang Position: Captain Headcount: 1 Tenure: Permanent Duties and Responsibilities Working closely with operations team to ensure smooth daily operations Ownership of customer\'s dining experience by providing customer service Perform ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth running of operations Order taking and serving of food to guests Requirements Education level - Diploma in hospitality, business and/or similar fields preferred Experience - Entry level staff are welcomed Skills - Communication, order taking Personal characteristics - Enjoy meeting with people, team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude, well-groomed, open minded Certifications - Mutiara Food Handling Course Working hours - Able to work on weekends and public holidays Language Proficiency - Must be able to converse in English orally. Chinese and Malay fluency is a plus
