Job Description


Job Summary: Work with the HR Management team to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, motivate talented workforce while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Propose, design, develop and administer the organization\'s compensation strategy, including salary scale, bonuses, incentives, and other forms of compensation. Integrate compensation and benefits into the performance management process, ensuring that rewards are aligned with individual and organizational performance. Collaborate with other departmental heads to design incentive programs that align with the organization\'s goals and engage employees. Manage the annual salary review and performance appraisal processes which may include, mid-year appraisal, year-end appraisal, bottom-up appraisal, peers\' appraisal and any other possible performance evaluation system to be introduced to the company. Manage the rollout of new compensation and benefits programs and policies, including communication and promote awareness among the employees. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits. Maintain a job evaluation and grading system to ensure internal salary equity and consistency in compensation. Analyse and evaluate job roles to determine appropriate salary ranges and compensation structures. Ensure the organization\'s compensation and benefits practices adhere to legal standards and industry best practices. Stay updated on labour laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits. Oversee and administer the organization\'s employee benefits programs, which may include health insurance, medical benefits, long service awards, retirement plans and other perks. Requirements: Possess minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management/ Social Sciences or equivalent. Minimum 10 years working experience, with at least 3 years of managerial role in Human Resources, preferably from retail industry. In-depth knowledge and experience in terms of compensation and benefits principles and best practices. Experience in leading change project, especially on implementing C&B programs. Strong interpersonal skills with pleasant personality. Excellent communication skills in both verbal & written. More details on the job description will be brief during the interview.
