Job Description

The incumbent is mainly responsible for contributing to the achievement of the company\'s key objectives, which include developing profitable sales, increasing market share, and achieving profit growth goals across the assigned regions. Other responsibilities include:

• Take full responsibility for the country\'s P&L
• Develop and execute sales policies, programs, and strategies to maximise sales volume potential and improve market share and product profitability
• Contribute to the development of budgets and implementing business strategies and objectives set by the regional headquarter
• Monitor the country\'s competitive environment to identify business threats and opportunities and develop commercial business plans
• Deliver sales growth and profitability in line with the financial goals for the region
• Ensure the country\'s cash flow is adequate, with minimal reliance on intercompany financial support

Work directly with the global executive team on strategy and direction|Progressive brand with a serious focus on the Asian marketplace

The successful incumbent must be an exceptional leader and intellectually savvy to structure an effective commercial strategy for the business and see it through execution. It is therefore crucial that you possess the following attributes:

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
• Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in Retail industry (brand owner), ideally apparels, shoes, sports equipments category
• Strong management skills, leadership abilities, and motivation, with excellent business acumen.
• Experience in developing medium-term growth strategies and implementing robust operating mechanisms for sales performance.
• MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERSE IN CHINESE/MANDARIN, along with strong interpersonal, sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.
• Capable of working effectively and productively with team members.
• Flexibility and adaptability to rapid environmental changes.
• Autonomous and results-oriented, with a clear determination to succeed
