Job Duties Include:
1. Overcoming the initial objections that consumers will have.
2. Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide a resolution to the customer.
3. We handled a high volume of primarily outbound phone calls while delivering highly professional service to our customers.
4. Exceeding our Key Performance Indicators that will be managed through our call center management team.
5. Comfortable meeting production goals in a deadline-driven environment.
