Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations. Prepare and cook dishes according to company standards. Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness are maintained. Support stock control and kitchen organization.
Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma in Culinary or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.
