Requirements : Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Professional Certificates in Engineering. Responsible and must be able to perform engineering drawings in CAD (Autocad ) with 3D skill is an advantage. Experience : 8 years experience in Engineering Department for Palm Oil Mill Industries. Innovative and keep abreast with Industries development. Duties and Responsibilities: 1)In charge of all Engineering Preparation Works, manage a team of draftman. 2)Coordinate product development activities, improvement and enhancement works. 3)Ensure all documentation of Engineering information data, drawings, files, etc are controlled, implemented and documented according to company procedures. 4)To involve in R&D of existing product upgrade and new product development development works. 5)Able to work with a high degree of independence and initiative and able to balance multiple priorities and commitments. 6)High level of integrity, resourceful, good problem-solving skills Strong leadership and communication skills. 7)Able to communicate with customer on technical issue and implement idea for tooling improvement. 8)Ability to draft, review and evaluate engineering blueprints. 9) Must have technical mind set.

We aim to provide quality Palm Oil Mill Engineering products & services, which ranged from construction of Palm Oil Mills, erection of boiler, supply of proprietary equipment, spare parts, maintain and service of mills and boilers, electrical works etc. We would carry out our duty by continuously seeking for improvement through strong local identities and ability to innovate so as to position our customer in the most comfortable zone.
