In this role, you will:

• Support in coordinating the various ongoing projects and initiatives within the team, at the same get to expose on the various activities that the C&B team is performing.

What Might your Day Look Like:

• Provides timely and effective support to the C&B team in meeting the business needs
• Undertakes special projects or assignments (refer to next slide) directly or indirectly and contribute solutions to the project needs
• Passions to support on developing and designing automation of C&B processes and activities
• Assists in analyzing and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Challenges yourself to ensure the timely deliveries of assign C&B projects or assignments in according to the set timeline
• Accountable in meeting the C&B projects or assignments requirements and expectations
• Assists in cleaning up and maintaining our benefits inventory to ensure accurate data management
• Performs any other assignments or tasks as assigned by your reporting manager.

Skills and Experiences required:

• Major in Mathematic, Statistic, Computer Science/Information Technology, or relevant discipline
• Must be organized, details oriented and knowledge in VBA
• \xe2\x80\x9cask questions\xe2\x80\x9d / no spoon-feed attitude
• Proficient in English
• Positive attitude and energetic
• Willing to take on new challenges
• Willingness to learn
• Internship duration: August to October 2023
