Maintain and update employee records for local and Nepalese security guards, including contracts, work permits, and training certifications.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, security industry regulations, and immigration policies.
Process new hires, contract renewals, terminations, and status changes.
Coordinate interviews, documentation, and training before deployment.
Handle the entry, recruitment, and documentation for Nepalese security guards.
Apply for and renew work permits (EPLKS), ensuring full compliance.
Coordinate FOMEMA medical check-ups and ensure guards meet health requirements.
Liaise with Nepal Embassy, Immigration Department, and KDN for work permit processing.
Maintain HR documentation, prepare reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Handle administrative duties related to HR operations, office correspondence, and compliance reporting.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in the security industry.
Strong knowledge of foreign worker management, EPLKS, and Malaysian labor laws.
Experience handling security guard recruitment, work permits, and immigration matters.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing Nepalese guards, FOMEMA medicals, and work permit renewals.
Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
