Job Description


Responsibilities: Mainly to assist on the overall group recruitment process, from the pre-interview screening, scheduling, reference checks to onboarding, orientations and introductions. Prepare HR related letters, contracts, correspondences and documentation. Ensure all employees\' details, personnel files and HR filing system are properly updated. Monitor staff movements, grievances and follow up on new hires. Keep up to date with hiring market trends and propose recruitment channels/plans. Periodically scout for talents using relevant headhunting methods. Prepare and post for vacancies on various online job related platforms and social media channels Collaborate with institutions and participate in recruitment projects/career fairs. Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties etc. Assist on all related Company events and staff activities. Assist in other adhoc duties as and when assigned. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies/Administration, Marketing/Communications or equivalent. Preferably 1 year of working experience in Recruitment. Added advantage for those with retail industry experience. Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (as some of our job roles/functions requires this) Proficient with Ms Office (Intermediate Excel) and social media platforms. Independent, well-organized and able to adhere to deadlines. Proactive, resourceful and responsible. Pleasant and good interpersonal skills. Possess own transport.
