Job Responsibility Process & submit monthly payroll Manage employee leave (MC, Unpaid Leave etc) Create & Implement HR programs and policies Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Create and implement effective onboarding plans Assist in developing and implementing employee training and development programs Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures Overseeing the health and safety of all employees. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Coordinate and conduct employee performance evaluations Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Develop a professional, positive and healthy working culture in the office Job Requirements 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources roles Degree in Human Resources Management or related field Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures Strong problem-solving skills Excellent time management abilities Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Strong ethics and reliability Job Benifits Dynamic and supportive work environment Training and development opportunities Medical claim Annual leave and public holiday benefits
