Job Description


Job Responsibility Administer compensation and benefit plans Assist in talent acqisition and recrutment processes Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Promote HR programs to create an effecient and conflict-fress workplace Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies Undertake tasks around performance management Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and emplyee turnover rates Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team buidling activities Ensure compliance with labot regulations Job Requirements Proven experience as a HR Generalist Understanding of general human resouces policies and procedure Good knowledge of employment / labour laws Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; (use Excel to process payroll) Excellent comunication and people skills Aptitude in problem-solving Self Learner Desire to work as individual with a results driven approach BSc/BA in Business adminstration or relevant field Addidtional with specialise HR recruitment skill will be a plus Job Benifits Staff bonding activities KPI Incentive Friendly environment Free Parking
