People Strategy Internship

Job Responsibilities:

• Extract data for weekly report and presentation.
• Provide support on administrative documentation which includes policies, compliance documentations.
• Review and categorize people standard operating procedures.
• Work with People Departments Leads to create work flowcharts & procedures.
• Facilitate discussion to make progress on reviews and people operating procedures.
• Check for Job Title alignment across organization chart and sop.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office product suite; MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.

• 6 months contract
• Hybrid working arrangement
