Assist the Helpdesk team in providing first-level IT support to end users. This internship offers hands-on experience in troubleshooting, ticketing systems and technical communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in responding to user queries via phone, email or ticketing system.
Help perform basic troubleshooting for PCs, laptops, printers and software.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians.
Record and update support activities in the ticketing system.
Assist with software installation and basic setup.
Support in maintaining IT records and simple reports.
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Learning Outcomes
Gain hands-on experience in IT helpdesk operations and customer service.
Understand the workflow of incident management and ticketing systems.
Develop troubleshooting and technical communication skills in a professional environment.
Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Requirements
Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting, desktop support and helpdesk operations.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Eager to learn, proactive and able to work well in a team.
Good to have: ITIL V3 Foundation or CompTIA A+ certification.
