What you will do
  • Lead a team of People Operations Professionals to provide strategic & practical Human Resource support & solutions to their assigned business units.
  • Maintaining expert knowledge on labor-related legislations, trends and business environment that can potentially have implications on the Company and give recommendations based on potential risks.
  • Support the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives, advice management and partnering with them on strategic workforce planning, acquisition, and transition supported by high quality analysis and strong data to support objective of achieving business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with local Malaysia Leadership, APAC People Operations Management and International HR Center of Excellence teams in an AGILE manner to adapt, implement & perform change management of FedEx\xe2\x80\x99s People strategies & initiatives to meet local requirements.
You will be a great fit if you
  • Have at least 5 years of progressive HR Experience including in a HR leadership position.
  • Experience with change management & data analytics would be an added advantage.
  • Possess a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
  • Knowledgeable in regard to Malaysia Employment Laws & matters of managing misconduct.
  • Successful candidate will be required to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Regular travel to other FedEx locations in Klang Valley and the rest of Malaysia may be required.
