Requirements:Fluent in English- Minimum 6 years working experience in hospitality industry- Minimum 2 years working experience in the same capacity- Experience in Michelin starred restaurants (preferred) Scopes:We are seeking a Mixologists/Head Bartender to responsible for creating and crafting cocktails, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic drinks, and other concoctions. He or she are often tasked with inventing new recipes and perfecting existing ones to ensure that their establishment has a unique and desirable menu of options for patrons.He or she must have an extensive knowledge of different types of alcohol, how they interact with each other when combined, and how they can be altered or enhanced by various ingredients or flavourings.He or she also needs to be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills, staying tactful, friendly and polite to customers while balancing the good sales skills to promote different alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic drinks.We are seeking a Mixologist to curate, maintain and manage the lounge in Potager. He or she will:- ensure the right care is given to the stocks
- handle supplier relations
- advise on the choice of alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- staying on top of stock counts
- keep a keen eye on alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic drinks trends to renew selections accordingly
- be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills
- has the ability to be tactful, friendly and polite to customers while balancing the good sales skills to promote different beverage. Experience Required: Min 2 Year/s
