- Must have 1-2 years experience as Outlet Captain or Restaurant Supervisor in F&B industries
- Must be only Malaysian Citizen
- Diploma or Degree in related field
- Must be able to work during weekends and Public Holiday
- Responsible for daily overall business activities in the outlet
- Drive the outlet team to meet monthly sales target
- Ensure corporate level instructions and objective are achieved by outlet
- Manage and plan manpower issues in outlet such as scheduling, attendance and recruitment
- Train new joiners in outlet to follow and ensure existing employee skills up to date and meets Company standards
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
