Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Lead pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, guest preferences, and service expectations.
Ensure all servers adhere to fine dining service standards and protocols.
Monitor the dining floor to anticipate guest needs and address issues promptly.
Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
Train and mentor service staff, providing feedback and support to improve performance.
Assist in setting up the dining area, including table arrangements and decor.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining floor.
Prepare service reports and communicate feedback to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Captain, Team Leader, or Senior Server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of food, beverages, and fine dining service standards.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to excellence.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
