Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters and service staff during shifts.
Ensure guests are greeted warmly and seated promptly.
Take orders accurately and ensure food and drinks are served according to standards.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the restaurant.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Train, motivate, and evaluate service staff performance.
Assist in managing reservations and special requests.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and upselling opportunities.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Handle billing and cash-out procedures accurately when required.
