Job Description
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
s:
- Deliver value-oriented services with quality and in accordance with standards, regulations and guideline.
- Participate in Global improvement projects and Process Migration, SAP roll out
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP CS configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP CS-related issues, working closely with the support team to deliver timely solutions.
- Involve in compliance program and internal control activities
- Provide functionalities knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA from ECC, understand requirements from user, provide functional support and consult
- Troubleshooting and resolve related queries including investigating, follow up, issue resolution
- Assist in data migration requirements and design resolution.
- Possess Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management System, and other\'s related course
- SAP certification is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP CS master data setup, service order management, and warranty management.
- Experience with SAP CS integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) is a plus.
