To achieve operational objective by preparing action plan, resolving problems, implementing S.H.H quality of works, comply with S.O.P, QMS and ISO.
Preparation and Implementation of procedure outlined in Project Quality Plan (PQP).
Achieve minimum score of 80 for Qlassic Quality Assessment System and internal quality assessment system.
Implementation on the procedures outlined in the Safety & Health Assessment System in Construction and to achieve a minimum score of 85% in both documentation and job site.
In charge assigned project from A-Z which included design and planning, budgeting and cash flow projection, cost control, authority submission and approval, project management, CCC inspection and approval, vacant possession, final account, DLP and etc.
Handling multi projects but not limited to one and multi tasks for the assigned job.
To lead, coordinate with consultants during conceptual design, schematic, design development and tender stage and to ensure that all drawings are prepared within stipulated time frame for submission to the relevant authorities and calling tender.
To obtain all relevant authorities approvals for the project development including layout plan, earthworks, infrastructure works, building plan approval and all other relevant approvals including the issuance of certificate of completion and compliance.

At least 10 years relevant working experience in property development
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management
