Job Description


  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and/or local language (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
  • Min possess SPM.
  • Fresh graduate / candidate with previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate the service team.
  • Knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings and menu details.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the dining area and ensure smooth operations during service hours.
  • Welcome guests, take reservations, and manage seating arrangements.
  • Monitor and maintain service standards, including cleanliness and presentation.
  • Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate food and beverage orders.
