Proficient in English, Mandarin and/or local language (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
Min possess SPM.
Fresh graduate / candidate with previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate the service team.
Knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings and menu details.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Oversee the dining area and ensure smooth operations during service hours.
Welcome guests, take reservations, and manage seating arrangements.
Monitor and maintain service standards, including cleanliness and presentation.
Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance service quality.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate food and beverage orders.
