Job Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Oversee the E2E management of Presales for Telco solutions and focus on meeting customers/ accounts for pre-sales engagement to influence them in their network transformation journey, deals/ tender presentation, clarification and negotiation and drive bespoke customization of the deliverable to fulfil customer requirement

\xc2\xb7 Understand the technical requirements of the tender documents or customize customer\xe2\x80\x99s data communication network requirements. Design reliable & cost-effective solutions to meet the needs of customer\xe2\x80\x99s business organization.

\xc2\xb7 Supporting sales and customers remotely (via phone and email)

\xc2\xb7 Responsible to develop high quality LAN / WAN / Voice solutions to customers and document customers\xe2\x80\x99 network

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Account Managers (Based in HQ/Overseas offices), Project and Operations team to support customers\xe2\x80\x99 ongoing requirements, implementation and post sales activities.

\xc2\xb7 Improve or maintain high NPS score for Good & Excellent customer experience rating. Provide root cause analysis for missed Operational Key Results then share the preventive plan to customer & stakeholders.

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Diploma/Degree in Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science or equivalent qualifications

\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of experience in a Technical position in the Communications / Network or Information Technology related industry.

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with Cisco & Juniper equipment. CCNP / CCDP / CCIP certification is preferable

\xc2\xb7 Experience in routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP & OSPF

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge or experience in ICT / Managed Services including switches, firewalls, WAN optimization, load-sharing equipment, IP PABX and virtualizations is a plus point

\xc2\xb7 Strong background in Telecommunications and related technologies/services such as: SDWAN (e.g. Velocloud, Silver Peak), NFV, MPLS, Internet, SIP, Cloud access, wireless/5G technology, networking equipment etc. Excellent communications and business writing skills

\xc2\xb7 Highly motivated, willing to learn new technologies, independent and able to work under pressure.

\xc2\xb7 Required languages: English & German - able to speak, read and type as role requires candidate to serve the Germany market.
